These Terms govern your use of the seafood trade data services (the "Services") provided by SEACHING ("the Company"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Scope
The Company processes public data sources, including Korea Customs Service trade statistics, to provide trade analytics, price forecasts, company discovery, and an AI assistant. The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, recommendation, or basis for any trade, investment, or contractual decision.
2. Account Registration & Management
Account registration is conducted through Google OAuth or other supported methods. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Account sharing, multi-account abuse to bypass policies, and automation of account operations are prohibited.
3. Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. Data is sourced and processed from external providers (such as Korea Customs Service) and may contain errors, omissions, or update lags. Members must independently verify data before using it for decision-making. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including business loss, investment loss, or trade disputes) arising from the use of the Services. AI-based forecasts, analyses, and recommendations are statistical estimates and do not guarantee future outcomes. The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, network outages, or third-party service disruptions outside its reasonable control.
4. Data Use Restrictions
Members may not engage in any of the following: · Bulk data collection using automated means (crawlers, scrapers, bots) · Circumventing API rate limits or creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions · Reselling, redistributing, or repurposing the Services' data for commercial use · Using the data without authorization to train or fine-tune AI models or build derivative datasets · Publishing or quoting data externally without crediting the Company as the source · Any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Services Violations constitute a breach of these Terms, and the Company may immediately suspend access without prior notice.
5. Legal Action
The Company may pursue civil and criminal legal action against violations of these Terms, including damages claims, criminal complaints, injunctions, and unjust-enrichment claims. Members are required to preserve evidence of violations and cooperate with the Company's investigations, and shall be liable for damages caused to the Company or third parties by their breach.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with the Services shall be brought before the Busan District Court, the court of the Company's principal place of business, as the agreed-upon court of jurisdiction.
7. Changes to Terms
The Company may amend these Terms with prior notice. Amendments take effect 7 days after the notice date. For material changes that adversely affect members, a 30-day grace period applies. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Services.
8. Service Modification & Discontinuation
The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Services for operational or technical reasons and shall not be liable for resulting damages. The Company will provide reasonable advance notice when feasible.
9. Beta Period Notice
The Services are currently offered free of charge during the open beta. Paid plans may be introduced after the beta ends; the Company will notify members in advance. During the beta period, data accuracy, feature stability, and service availability may be limited.
